Cancellation and Refund Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation prior to their scheduled arrival date without penalty if the booking is made directly with the owner or via the Brindabella Farm Stay Retreat website.
Guests should notify the property owner via email or phone as soon as it is known the booking must be cancelled.
A full refund will be credited back to the guest via either their bank account or credit card within 7 days of the cancellation notification.
If the guest has placed their booking through AirBnB, a refund will be made through that portal however may be subject to any fees applied by AirBnB. It is the guest’s responsibility to check whether any fees or charges may apply at the time of booking.
The owner holds the right to cancel a guest’s stay if there is a real or perceived risk associated with the commencement or continuation of the stay such as in the instance of an impending natural disaster, eg bush fires, major disruption to services supplying the property that would affect the quality of the stay or event eg power outages, water or gas supply disruption or in the event the property has sustained major unforeseen damage that would require works to be undertaken that would affect the quality of a guest’s stay at the property.
